We understand that plans can change! If you need to cancel your registration, we're happy to process a refund as long as we receive your request at least 14 days before the start date. Please note that a $15 administrative fee will apply to cover the work involved in processing your refund. Unfortunately, we're unable to offer refunds for cancellations made within 14 days of the session, as we've already finalized rosters and made commitments based on your registration.
Yes. If your family needs help covering the cost of registration, there are third-party programs that may be able to assist. Canadian Tire Jumpstart is a national charity that provides funding for registration and equipment for kids aged 4–18, while KidSport London offers grants of $50 to $250 for children aged 6–17 to help with registration or equipment in non-profit sports programs. These programs are reimbursement-based and not directly affiliated with Ice Puffins, but if you’re applying and need support with the process, feel free to contact us—we’re happy to help.
